Refund policy
Dahlia tubers are overwintered and will be shipped in Sept/October. All our tubers are NZ grown and we carefully inspect tubers at the time of lifting and dividing to check for quality. We take every effort to ensure our stock is disease free. However please be aware that disease can already be present in your soil and can be transmitted during the growing season. All our tubers are sent with at least one viable eye. Once you receive your dahlias storage, care and growing is your responsibility. If you have any concerns, please make contact within 48 hours of receipt. As there are so many variables with storing and growing dahlias, please note we will not be refunding or replacing tubers after this time.
